  • Why did Mark and Everett create Courtroom Insight?
During the course of their careers in forensic accounting, Mark and Everett were often surprised by the archaic system attorneys used to locate and evaluate expert witnesses. With limited access to reliable data, attorneys were often forced to rely upon potentially unreliable word-of-mouth recommendations or expensive and limited search firms to locate experts. In addition, their research on opposing expert witnesses was often limited to general online searches. Based upon discussions with seasoned litigators, it became clear that attorneys require better information on the many legal professionals who directly impact their cases.

  • Who else is involved with Courtroom Insight?
Mark and Everett assembled an impressive management team, including strategic and business advisers with deep industry experience and strong national networks of business relationships. Courtroom Insight’s collective skills and experience translates into a team that recognizes a market opportunity and is capable of developing and successfully selling a market solution.
