About Us

Courtroom Insight was founded in 2009 by experienced litigation consultants Mark Torchiana and Everett Harry. During the course of their careers in forensic accounting, Mark and Everett were often surprised by the archaic system attorneys used to locate and evaluate expert witnesses. With limited access to reliable data, attorneys were often forced to rely upon potentially unreliable word-of-mouth recommendations or expensive and limited search firms to locate experts. In addition, attorneys’ research on opposing expert witnesses was often limited to general internet searches. Based upon discussions with seasoned litigators, it became clear that attorneys require better information on the many legal professionals who directly impact their cases.

To address this market deficiency, Courtroom Insight created the only online directory that offers both profiles submitted by legal professionals and attorney reviews of those professionals. The site is the premier destination for attorneys seeking information about expert witnesses, litigation consultants, mediators and arbitrators. Additionally, it offers an unparalleled marketing opportunity to service providers who want to share their specific skills and experience with potential clients.
