Why use Courtroom Insight?
Law firms and general counsel
leverage Courtroom Insight's expanded group subscription features to
confidentially capture and share members' experiences. Additionally,
individual attorneys and clients rely upon Courtroom Insight's
profile information and written reviews to avoid expensive referral
services and potentially unreliable word-of-mouth recommendations.
Thus, Courtroom Insight presents a unique opportunity for service
providers to market themselves directly to prospective clients.

Why can I trust the reviews posted on Courtroom Insight?
Courtroom Insight promotes an honest and ethical exchange of information based
upon actual experience working with professionals in the litigation
industry. Users are required to abide by the site's posting
guidelines as defined in the Terms
of Use and are encouraged to provide honest feedback,
including constructive criticism where warranted, written in a
professional style and demeanor. Public reviews written in violation
of the terms and spirit of the posting guidelines may be flagged by
site users and removed from the site at the Company's
discretion.

Why does Courtroom Insight authenticate attorney and judge users?
Courtroom Insight Team manually validates attorney and judge membership
requests so viewers can be confident that reviews by these users,
even if posted anonymously, are written by verified attorneys and
judges. "Attorney" and "Judge" account types are
